COVID-19 Updates:

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to spread through our communities, the safety of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us.

We want to share an update on what A Family Operations is doing to keep our customers and our employees safe while continuing to provide storage solutions to our customers.

The A Family Operations is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Below are some of the efforts we are implementing at our locations:

  • Increased disinfecting of the office including keypads, door handles, high touch surfaces, and more.
  • We ask that if you are dropping off a money order or a check to please place it in the payment dropbox. At this time, we are not accepting cash payments.
  • Our managers will be increasing handwashing and wearing gloves when handling documents, keyboards, or paper payments (money orders/checks).
  • We are restricting the number of customers in our offices. Only 1 customer at a time is allowed in the office with the manager. We are asking that while in the office or interacting with our staff, please keep a minimum of 6 ft distance.
  • When visiting our office please knock on the door or push the call button to be admitted to the office.

A Family Discount Storage is one of the few businesses where there is limited human-to-human interaction required. Our tenants are able to access their units without personal contact. Our storage is a critical resource to many people and businesses. We are asking for your patience and understanding as we navigate our way in this difficult time.

To help prevent the spread of the virus, we are asking for customers to refrain from entering the office if you are not feeling well. We are more than happy to help you via the phone.
