We may need to contact you. There are many reasons why an A Family Storage manager may need to contact you such as: A tenant requesting a call back, payment not received, late payments, lien, an emergency, etc. Giving A Family Storage a way to contact a tenant helps provide a better line of communication.
Your default password is your gate code unless you have it changed. If you need assistance resetting your gate code, contact your A Family Storage location’s facility manager.
To update your address, first ‘select your location’ from ‘Update My Address’ section of this page. This will redirect you to your location’s sign-in page. After signing in, click ‘My Account’ located at the red navigation menu, scroll down to the ‘Tenant Information’ section, and select ‘Update Tenant Information.’ This will direct you to a new page. Enter your updated information and then click ‘Update Tenant Information’.
