Dealing with Jessica today at A Family Storage was an amazing experience. She was very kind and extremely helpful in getting us situated, loved working with her. I would invite her to eat chicken gumbo with her anytime. (inside joke)

Jessica was super friendly super informative. She made sure I got a nice clean unit and showed me all the options I had. Got a nice 10x10. Great personality and made sure I was taken care of. Even gave my son a snack and soda. I feel my belongings are in a safe place while we move.

Rick, the manager at the Kolb location, was extremely professional and courteous, and he even stayed late to help me and my wife to get our storage unit rented. We have rented from A Family Discount Storage years ago, and their customer service brought us back again.

I needed a temporary storage facility while moving out of a house and consolidating what I own to keep and sell. The Manager, Rick B., showed me a half dozen storage sheds as I was indecisive. He showed me each option with a smile and was very accommodating. I settled on an option and used their facility for 3 months. Upon my exit, Rick was focused on my satisfaction and made my move out painless. I will use A-Family again the future. Thanks a bunch!

Our A Family Storage location on Kolb Road is on the east side of Tucson, located at the NE Corner of Escalante. This facility has storage units as small locker size 5′ x 5′ and as large as 20′ x 20′ (sizes are subject to availability).
