I want to commend Cary on his exceptional service. I was clearing out my unit of unwanted stuff. Donate, recycle and disposal, an ongoing purge, hard for a hoarder like me. After I loaded up and got... ready to go; I found out I had a flat tire...Damn Nail!!! Long story short, Called my Partner Milo to save me, but not much he could do. Cary did his utmost to assist us and get us on the way to Discount Tire. Cary has always acted with courtesy and professionalism, but his time he went above and beyond. I’ve been renting a unit here for a very long time and finally moved my stuff out. The managers have changed many times over the years but they were all courteous and helpful. I’ve ran a small business out of the Oracle location since 2017. I’m very happy with the newest on-site Manager Cary. Ever since he was moved to this location the property has been cleaner and better... maintained in many ways. He’s easy to talk to and always willing to help. I feel much safer storing my equipment at a location were the on-site manger appreciates his position and willing to go the extra mile.read more
